Terms of Service
At a glance
- You must be 18 or older to use Soulris.
- Soulris is pay-per-use: you fund a wallet, and generation costs are deducted from it.
- AI responses, images and video are generated by third-party AI models via OpenRouter — outputs can be wrong, and you're responsible for how you use them.
- We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including abuse of the free tier.
- AI-generated output can be used, including commercially, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.
Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and Soulris ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Soulris account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Let us know immediately at info @ soultrob . com if you think your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, including sharing your account, attempting to abuse the free tier (including by using multiple accounts on one device to bypass the pooled free-tier limit — see our Privacy Policy), or using the service for anything listed in our Acceptable Use Policy.
Your wallet and payments
Soulris is funded through a wallet, held in US Dollars. You can add funds via Flutterwave, including Naira deposits, which are converted at the rate shown at the time of your deposit.
When you start a generation (a chat reply, image, or video), we place a temporary hold on the relevant amount in your wallet. If the generation succeeds, the hold is settled (charged); if it fails, the hold is released back to your available balance.
AI-generated content
Soulris's chat, image, and video features work by sending your prompts to advanced AI models. You understand that:
- AI-generated content can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected — always use your own judgment, especially for anything important.
- We don't guarantee the availability of any specific AI model at any time.
- You're responsible for how you use anything Soulris generates, and for making sure it complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
Service availability
We aim to keep Soulris available, but AI models, payment providers, and our own infrastructure can have outages we don't control. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for losses caused by downtime, except where required by law.
Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the prompts you write. Subject to your compliance with these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy, you may use the AI-generated output you create on Soulris, including commercially.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soulris is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content.
Referrals
Soulris has a referral code field on signup, but a rewards program is not active yet.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Soulris after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your agreement with us
You can stop using Soulris at any time and request account deletion — see our Account Deletion page. We may end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
