Cashing Out SoulrisAI Referral Earnings — Bank Withdrawal or Wallet Credit
Two ways to use your earnings
Once you have money under Available now on the Referrals page, you can use all of it in one of two ways:

The wallet-credit rate is higher on purpose: it keeps value inside SoulrisAI, so it's rewarded more. Rates can change, and the Referrals page always shows the current ones.
Two rules apply to both options:
- It's all or nothing. You withdraw or convert your whole available balance. There's no way to take part of it.
- Only referral earnings can leave. Your wallet balance, including money you deposited yourself, can never be withdrawn.
Option 1: convert to wallet credit
- Open Referrals and find the cash-out section.
- Choose Convert and review the amount you'll receive in wallet credit.
- Confirm. The conversion happens right away and the credit appears in your wallet, ready for chat, images and video.
You can see it in your wallet transaction history. Wallet credit is spent like any other balance; for how spending and holds work, read holds vs. settlement.
Option 2: withdraw to your bank
- Open Referrals and add your payout method: your bank name, account name and account number. You'll only need to do this once, and you can update it later.
- Choose Withdraw. You'll see a confirmation with your bank and, where available, an estimate of the amount in naira.
- Confirm. The amount leaves your Available balance immediately and your request is submitted.
There may be a minimum withdrawal amount, which the Referrals page shows. If your available balance is below it, keep earning until you pass it, or convert to wallet credit instead.
What the statuses mean
- Pending review: we're reviewing your request.
- Approved: payment is on its way.
- Paid: sent to your bank.
- Rejected: not approved. The amount goes back to your available balance.
- Failed: the payment didn't go through. The amount goes back to your available balance.
You can follow each request in your withdrawal history on the same page. Payouts are processed manually at this stage, so allow some time for review.
About the naira amount
Referral earnings are tracked in US dollars. For Nigerian payouts, the naira amount is worked out when your request is approved, so the estimate you see when you request it is just that: an estimate. The final amount is the one that reaches your bank.
If you're outside a supported payout country
You can still earn. Bank payouts are only available in some countries for now, so for everyone else the way to use earnings is converting them to wallet credit, which works for all referrers.
Staying safe
SoulrisAI never asks for your password or card details to pay you. If you receive a message claiming to be about a referral payout and asking for anything like that, ignore it and tell us through support. To understand how balances and payments are protected more generally, read is my money safe?.
