Reporting a Problem or Getting Support — Fastest Ways to Reach Us
The main channel
For almost anything — a billing question, a bug, a login issue, general feedback — email [email protected]. This is the fastest, most reliable way to reach SoulrisAI directly.
What to include so it gets resolved faster
A good support email usually has:
- What happened, as specifically as you can describe it
- When it happened, even roughly
- What you were doing at the time — sending a message, depositing, generating an image, logging in
- Any relevant reference, like a payment reference for a deposit issue (see paid but balance didn't update) or roughly what you generated for a missing-result issue (see why did my generation disappear from history?)
Vague reports ("it's not working") take longer to resolve than specific ones, simply because there's more back-and-forth needed to even understand the problem.
When to use a different channel
Two situations have their own dedicated path rather than general support:
- Content that concerns you, including anything that may involve the sexual exploitation of a minor — report it immediately to [email protected] and it's treated as a priority. See content guidelines.
- Copyright concerns about generated or hosted content — email [email protected] with a description of the work and the content in question.
Account security
SoulrisAI will never ask you for your password through support channels. If a message claiming to be from SoulrisAI asks for your password, treat it as suspicious and don't respond with it — reset your password directly through the app instead, and report the message to [email protected].
Before you reach out, a few common issues have their own guides
- My message won't send
- App won't load / blank screen
- Login issues and password reset
- Paid but balance didn't update
Checking the relevant one first sometimes resolves things faster than waiting on a reply — but if it doesn't, reaching out directly is always the right next step.
