Login Issues and Password Reset

Can't remember your password?

Use the "forgot password" option on the login screen. You'll be sent a reset link by email — follow it to set a new password. The link is time-limited for your security, so if it's been a while since you requested it, request a fresh one rather than trying an old link.

Entered the wrong password a few times?

If several login attempts in a row fail, your account is temporarily locked for a short period as a security measure — this protects your account from repeated guessing, even if the attempts weren't actually you. If you see a message about your account being locked, the fix is simply to wait for the lock to lift and try again (ideally with a password you're confident is correct, or after resetting it).

Not receiving the reset email?

"Email not verified" at login

If you signed up but never completed email verification, you may see a message about this when trying to log in or use certain features. See creating your account and verifying your number for the verification step — most verification emails can be resent directly from the app if you've lost the original.

Using the correct login method

If you originally signed up through a specific method (email and password, or a linked social login), make sure you're using that same method to log back in — trying a different method with the same email can look like a login failure when it's really a mismatched method.

None of this working?

Reach out to support with the email address on your account and roughly what error message or behavior you're seeing — that's enough detail for a fast, accurate fix without needing you to share your password or any other sensitive details over support channels. SoulrisAI will never ask you for your password directly.

A safety note

If you suspect someone else has tried to access your account (an unfamiliar lock message, or a reset email you didn't request), change your password immediately using the reset flow above rather than waiting — it costs nothing and closes off any access from a password that may have been compromised.
