Getting Started: Creating Your SoulrisAI Account
Why SoulrisAI, and what you're signing up for
SoulrisAI is a pay-per-use AI platform — chat, image generation, document generation, and AI video, all in one place, without a monthly subscription. You fund a wallet and spend only on what you actually generate. Before any of that, you need an account. Here's exactly how to set one up.
Step 1: Start the sign-up
Open SoulrisAI on web or the mobile app (see web vs. mobile app if you're unsure which to use) and choose "Sign up." You'll be asked for a working email address (or phone number, depending on which sign-up method you choose) and a password.
Use an email or number you actually check — account recovery, deposit receipts, and important notices about your wallet all go there.
Step 2: Verify your account
After submitting your details, you'll receive a verification code. Enter it to confirm the account is really yours. This step matters more than it looks: it's what protects your wallet balance once you start depositing, and it's part of how SoulrisAI confirms you're a real, unique user rather than a duplicate or bot account.
Step 3: Confirm your location
SoulrisAI is built with Nigerian users as the primary audience, and your detected location affects which payment options and currency you see at deposit time. If your location looks wrong at any point, your deposit options are the first place it'll show up — that's worth double-checking before you fund your wallet.
Step 4: You're in — what you can do immediately
As soon as your account is verified, you're on the free tier. You can start chatting with the AI right away, no deposit required. What's available on the free tier is deliberately limited (see our guide on how the free trial credit works) — it's there to let you try the product, not to be a permanent free plan.
To unlock image generation, video generation, document uploads in chat, and the higher-intelligence model tiers, you'll need to fund your wallet. That process is covered in its own guide once you're ready for it.
Step 5: Set up your profile (optional, but worth doing)
In Settings, you can set a display name and a preferred response style. Neither is required, but both change how the AI talks to you — see setting your preferred response style and personalizing the AI with your display name if you want the AI to feel more tailored to you from your very first real conversation.
A quick note on account security
Your account email/phone and password are the only way into your wallet. Don't share your login, and if anything about your account looks unfamiliar (a device you don't recognize, a balance change you didn't make), reach out through our contact page immediately rather than waiting.
