SoulrisAI on Web vs. the Mobile App — What's Different
One account, two ways in
SoulrisAI runs on both a web app and a mobile (Android) app, backed by the same account system and the same wallet. You don't create a separate account for each — sign in with the same email/phone and password on either, and your wallet balance, conversation history, and settings are the same account, just accessed from a different client.
Does my data carry over?
Yes. Your wallet balance, chat history, generated images and videos, response style, and display name are all tied to your account — not to the device or app you happen to be using. Start a conversation on web, pick it up later on mobile, and it's the same conversation.
So what's actually different between them?
The core features — chat, image generation, document generation, video generation, Movies, wallet and deposits — work the same way on both. The differences are mostly about how you access and install the product:
- Web needs no install. Open it in a browser and you're in. It's the fastest way to try SoulrisAI for the first time, and it's the better choice if you're on a desktop/laptop doing longer writing or document work.
- Mobile app is installed from the Play Store. It's the better fit if you want SoulrisAI available the way any other app on your phone is — quick to open, usable on the go, and not dependent on keeping a browser tab around.
Which should you start with?
If you're brand new, starting on web is the lowest-friction option — there's nothing to install, and you can create your account and run your first chat, image, and video session in a few minutes. If you already know you want SoulrisAI on your phone day-to-day, installing the mobile app first is equally fine — your account works identically either way.
Plenty of users end up using both: web for anything that benefits from a bigger screen (document generation, reviewing longer AI responses, managing a Movie project with several shots), and mobile for quick chats or checking in on a video generation while away from a computer.
Switching between them mid-task
Because your account is shared across devices, you can genuinely switch mid-task. Start a video generation on mobile, then open web later to check whether it's finished and download it — there's no need to stay on one device until a generation completes. The one thing worth knowing: very long media generations (especially video) run in the background regardless of which client you started them from, so closing the app or switching devices doesn't cancel the job.
If you only want one
There's no meaningful downside to using just one — nothing is locked to a particular client. Pick whichever fits how you'll actually use SoulrisAI day to day, and know that switching later costs you nothing.
