"Content Guidelines: What You Can and Can't Generate"

The short version

SoulrisAI is built to be used to create, explore, and get things done — not to harm people, break the law, or abuse the service itself. This post is a friendly summary; the complete, binding version is our Acceptable Use Policy, which this post doesn't replace.

What's never allowed, across every feature

These apply the same way to chat, images, video, and documents — there's no feature where they're relaxed:

A note on real people in images and video

Using a real person's photo as a reference requires their own, specific consent — this isn't a vague courtesy, it's a hard requirement. See using a real person's photo as a Movie reference for exactly how that works.

Trying to abuse the platform itself is also covered

This includes things like using multiple accounts or devices to get around the free tier's daily limit, trying to access another user's account or SoulrisAI's own systems without authorization, or automating access outside the normal app (scraping, bots, reselling access) without permission.

Your own content filter setting

Separately from the platform-wide rules above, your account has a content filter level you can set in Settings (Standard or Strict), letting you set a stricter personal boundary on top of SoulrisAI's own rules.

What happens if content breaks these rules

Depending on severity, this can mean a warning, content removal, a suspension, or an account closure. Anything involving harm to minors is reported to the relevant authorities without a warning first.

Seeing something that concerns you

If you come across content on SoulrisAI that worries you — including anything that may involve the sexual exploitation of a minor — report it immediately to [email protected]. These reports are treated as a priority.

If you think an enforcement action was a mistake

Email [email protected] and explain why — appeals are reviewed, not just automatically dismissed.

The full policy

This post is the readable version. For the complete rules, including copyright concerns and exactly how enforcement works, see the Acceptable Use Policy.
