How SoulrisAI Uses and Protects Your Data

The short version

SoulrisAI collects what it needs to run your account, your wallet, and your conversations — and not much beyond that. This post covers it in plain language; for the complete, precise version, see our Privacy Policy.

What's collected, broadly

Why SoulrisAI collects it

Mostly to run the product you're actually using: answering your messages, keeping your wallet accurate, remembering your preferences, and preventing abuse that would make the service worse for everyone else. None of it is collected to sell to anyone — SoulrisAI does not sell your personal data.

The "help improve SoulrisAI" toggle

Your profile has a setting to allow your conversation data to be used to help improve the product. It's off by default — this is a genuine opt-in, not a box you have to notice and uncheck. As of now, this setting isn't yet connected to anything active; turning it on doesn't currently change how your data is used, but you'll be notified if that changes.

Keeping your content private

Your generated images, videos, and documents are stored privately and only ever reachable through links made just for you — they aren't publicly browsable. Your conversations are yours; they aren't shown to other users.

Can I see or control what's stored about me?

Yes — your display name, avatar, response style, content filter level, and notification preferences are all editable directly in Settings whenever you like. For anything beyond what's editable in-app, including deleting your account and data entirely, see deleting your account and your data.
