Managing Notifications on SoulrisAI
Notifications aren't all-or-nothing
Rather than one master switch for everything, SoulrisAI breaks notifications into separate categories you can control individually — so you can keep the ones that are actually useful to you and turn off the rest.
The categories
- Low balance alerts — a heads-up when your wallet balance is running low, so you're not caught off guard mid-conversation by an insufficient balance message.
- Generation complete alerts — a notification when an image, video, or document you requested finishes generating, especially useful for anything that takes a little while, like video generation.
- Marketing notifications — news, offers, and product updates from SoulrisAI. Off by default — this one's a genuine opt-in, not something you have to notice and turn off.
The master toggle
Beyond the individual categories, there's also an overall push notifications switch. Turning this off stops all push notifications regardless of your individual category settings — useful if you want quiet without managing each category separately, though turning individual categories back on afterward is just as easy if you change your mind.
Where to change these
All of it lives in Settings, and changes apply immediately — no waiting period, and no need to restart the app.
Will I miss something important if I turn notifications off?
Nothing inside the app itself depends on notifications being on — your generations still complete, your balance still updates, and everything is still visible the next time you open SoulrisAI. Notifications are a convenience for not having to check manually, not a requirement for anything to work.
A note on in-app vs. push
Some updates, like an announcement relevant to your account, may also appear inside the app itself, separately from push notifications sent to your device. Turning off push notifications doesn't hide anything from inside the app; it only controls what's sent to you outside of it.
